Our company made a 2000*4000mm stainless steel 304 mobile gyratory screener for urea fertilizer industry. We place the gyratory screen on a movable platform to facilitate the transfer of work sites at any time as needed.
The reciprocating screening machine we can make is 1~4 layers or decks with 2~5 discharge ports. The maximum size can be made upto 2000*5000mm. The discharge ports can be made at the bottom or in front of the screen box according to user needs. In order to facilitate the replacement of the screen, we can also make it into a side access type. According to different installation requirements, this kind of screen machine can be selected to be floor mounted or cable suspended from the four corners of the machine.
By using wear-resistant and highly elastic silicone mesh cleaning balls and gyratory reciprocating motion, material clogging is almost non-existent. By using our unique screen tensioning method, the screen is automatically tensioned each time a new screen is installed.
The dynamic load and impact force of this gyratory screening machine on the base platform or steel structure are very small, unlike the traditional vibrating screen. The screen is more durable. As the drive part is located in the head position of the machine and is not enclosed, the heat dissipation performance of this equipment is good, which is very suitable for scenes with continuous screening requirements.
