1. Open the clamps and open the side door.
2. Loosen the screws on both sides of the screen frame.
3. Pull out the ball deck and screen panel together, then leave the ball deck on the support tooling, and only remove the screen panel and replace it.
4. Tighten the screws on both sides of the screen frame.
5. Close the side door and secure it with a clamp.

AAREAL made two units of 800*1500mm stainless steel single deck gyratory screener for detergent impurities removal. The screen surface size is about 800*1500mm, single layer of screen with 6 mesh. Only the parts that contact raw material are made of stainless steel 304 material.
