AAREAL made two units of 800*1500mm stainless steel single deck gyratory screener for detergent impurities removal. The screen surface size is about 800*1500mm, single layer of screen with 6 mesh. Only the parts that contact raw material are made of stainless steel 304 material.
This kind of screening equipment does a Gyratory Reciprocating Motion. The materials at the feeding end does circular motion, which help to spread the material across the whole width of the screen surface. In the middle of the screen, it does elliptical motion, which has a long stroke, enhancing product stratification. And at the discharging end, it does reciprocating motion, which facilitates rapid discharge of materials.
We use elastic wear-resistant silicone balls to clean the screen mesh. According to the aperture size of the screen, we will choose different sizes of silicone balls. For example, if the screen mesh size is between 4 mesh and 18 mesh, we will choose 40mm diameter balls. While if between 18 mesh and 80 mesh, we may choose 35mm diameter balls. However, this is not absolute and needs to be determined according to the situation of material screening.
