They can just stock some belts for use in their warerhouse, that is OK. When the belt is broken, it needs to be removed and replace with a new one.
First, you need to loose the screw bolts to loose the belts & motor.
Second, remove the broken belt.
Third, install a new belt.
Fourth, tighten the screw bolts to tension the belt and secure the motor.
The whole belt replacement process takes only 5 to 10 minutes.
